- Choose a strand of hair 0.3~0.6 cm (1/8~1/4 inch) wide to test, from an area that will not be clearly visible with your typical hairstyle. Separate the rest of your hair using plastic clips so that the strand does not touch the rest of the hair after the mixture is applied.
- Wear gloves provided in the kit.
- Follow the mixing ratio specified in the table on the leaflet to prepare a small amount of mixture in a plastic or non-metallic bowl.
- Apply the mixture to the separated strand, making sure it is fully saturated.
- Allowed the mixture to the developer for the appropriate amount of time, using the reference left side for each shade.
- Wipe off the mixture from the strand using a tissue.
- Check for desired color and/or lightness.
- If the hair strand did not reach the desired color, reapply the mixture and check every 5 min until your ideal color is achieved.
- Do not leave the mixture in for longer than 60 min total.
- Shampoo and rinse the strand thoroughly, then dry to preview your color. If hair breakage occurs, do not use this product.
